Well, this might actually work.

To start out, I suppose an introduction is in order, so... Hi, I'm Matt. I work in IT during the day, but after work, I try to disconnect a bit and go more old school (I'm a Xennial, after all). I've been poking around in the ATmosphere for a little while, and starting to see the appeal: a single account that can be used in so many ways that don't always have to connect back... It has a certain charm about it, where not everything has to be linked and mined for insights. We'll see how long that lasts, but I am an eternal optimist, so maybe it'll work out. If you check out my other places, I have photos on Grain, my reading and watch lists on Popfeed, and I'm starting to get back into building a website again (HTML, CSS, and maybe JS only) in the artisanal way with just a text editor and my own skill (or lack thereof), so if it breaks, I'll fix it eventually. If all goes well, I'll add more as I start to remember what I'm doing. See y'all later...
